Account locked

“Your account is locked…to resolve this issue.”

I did nothing. I opened the iOS beta app today and got this message. What’s going on? Someone please help me. I have a VIP account. Thank you.

I have the same issue via the v3 website and had to do that. They mentioned a tool (analyze history) under settings but for me it won’t let me do anything. Since you’re VIP use the v2 website and give it a shot.

click your profile icon at the top right and then click the mail icon. you can compose a new message there to @support
