Keeping up with all your TV shows and movies is tough work. Calendar notifications to the rescue! As a [**VIP member**](https://trakt.tv/vip), receive daily and weekly calendar emails in your inbox, on the day and time you want. With our iCal feeds, you can get alarms a few minutes before each episode airs.

## Email notifications.

Each email is divided by day and includes all episodes or movies airing that day. _Premieres_ and _finales_ are indicated with a banner above the poster and the episode titles respect your [**spoiler settings**](https://forums.trakt.tv/t/no-spoilers/19100). Each poster is linked to the specific episode or movie on Trakt and the show title is linked directly to the show itself. The email is formatted for desktop and mobile in any modern email client.

## Email only what you want.

There are separate [**settings**](https://trakt.tv/settings/notifications) for each type of personal calendar notifications including [_all TV shows_](https://trakt.tv/calendars/my/shows), [_premieres_](https://trakt.tv/calendars/my/premieres), [_new shows_](https://trakt.tv/calendars/my/new-shows), [_finales_](https://trakt.tv/calendars/my/finales), [_movies_](https://trakt.tv/calendars/my/movies), and [_dvd & blu-ray_](https://trakt.tv/calendars/my/dvd). You can also get notifications for a few global calendars like [_premieres_](https://trakt.tv/calendars/premieres), [_new shows_](https://trakt.tv/calendars/new-shows), [_finales_](https://trakt.tv/calendars/finales), and [_dvd & blu-ray_](https://trakt.tv/calendars/dvd). The columns on the right enable weekly and daily emails. Clicking a box displays additional settings to choose the day of the week _(weekly only)_ and time you’d like to receive the emails.

The global emails can be filtered by countries and languages. This helps reduce and target the emails to make them more specific to your tastes.

## Mobile calendar and IFTTT RSS feeds.

Any hidden shows from the website will also be hidden from your calendar feeds. Watched items are indicated with ✓ in the title.

### Calendar Alarms

If you’d like to receive an alarm before each episode airs, add **&alarm=X** to the end of any calendar iCal URL, where **X** is the number of minutes. Make sure you have enabled alarms in your calendar app.

[**Read more in this forum post**](https://forums.trakt.tv/t/ical-rss-and-csv-feeds/19093) to learn how to add the feeds to your device and use IFTTT to customize calendar alerts.
