Checked further and PC is OK, iPad is fine, just the iPhone. It’s weird, the website is ok from the iPhone but the app is not. Just added the website to my iPhone screen. Does the same job. Regards Dermot Mobile: 086 8145150 ---

Same absolutely horrendous and annoying, ridiculous that Trakt have no support or can’t even message them on X etc ---

Lack of a response is most frustrating but as I said earlier, using the web version as a sort cut in my iPhone screen does the same job pretty much. Regards Dermot Mobile: 086 8145150 ---

Same for me since this morning. Same error message. First all fields in the app were showing no network connection. Then after seeing your message, right now, I deleted and reinstalled the app and I have the same error message at connection. ---

I’ve seen login issues like this become especially frustrating when the app works normally for other users. I’d first try updating the app, clearing its cache, and signing in again after restarting the device. If the problem continues, checking whether there’s a temporary service issue would also be useful. Hopefully it gets resolved quickly so you can get back to tracking your movies and shows. ---

Exactly the same issue and fix attempts for me. Changing default browser for the direct makes no difference. Having to use web app atm. ---
