not only is the counter for what i saw and what i didnt broken and stuck for THE BOYS for example. I have that tv show stuck on s04e08 and i cant mark it as watched although that is already marked loooong time ago
not only that but when i open it the site doesnt load, im on newest macos on safari and i tried to log out and log back in and also delete all the data from safari about trakt and nothing helps
i have small company making websites and im web designer myself for like 15+ years and i have never in my life seen such broken and bad redesign of any website. i still cant believe this is happening
try force closing the app. if that doesn’t work you may want to try uninstalling the app and redownloading it but try that after the website first to see if logging out and in works there
I’d assume he’s already tried cache/cookies troubleshooting. If it only an issue with “The Boys”, that’s been reported as a v3 and apps issue in a separate thread.

Also this is happening to more tv shows not just the boys but some load normally and some dont …. this is crazy frustrating i alreday killed couple hours dealing with all this stuff
do you have any browser addons that could be affecting it? I have a bunch of privacy and ad blockers but I’ve got them all disabled for trakt. Other than that and trying a different browser I don’t have much else to offer, the page loads for me on Windows 11 Firefox browser and in iOS app (using the testflight beta version 3.3 build 1017).
I’d skimmed the post while i was on break at work so I missed that you’d tried all those other things already, sorry about that. but at the same time I know PC users of 30+ years that forget to check even the basic things so I don’t put it past anyone, a little reminder never hurts

Not to mention the MAIN ISSUE is that i cant click that i watched The Boys S04E08 and i still have it in continue watching and it doesnt show me the new episodes s05e01 and 02 …. This is the main issue because i dont even want to open any subsites on this new version. Everything is so painful on the eyes and UI its ridiculous and i dont want to spend more time on this site
So the tv shows not loading isnt even an issue for me thats just broken V3 which is not surprising when i see other aspects of this site but i cant log my stuff and move on. Not on web, not in app.
I see there is tons of issues that are not resolved so im not sure who is sink this company but someone making decisions against trakt company IMO. The website is broken A LOT thats a fact and usually if company pushes hlafbaked broken site they at least have manpower to fix stuff that will pop up instead of doing proper betatesting.
So idk what to do now because the whole trakt is broken for me. Is someone official taking notes or doing somethign or thats too much to ask?

Can you try on another browser to see if you still have the same issue? Or, can test it on a private tab? If the issue continues even doing that, do you see any errors on the console?
I’m using Chrome and having exactly the same problems. Those pages you link load/don’t load exactly the same as you. The site was fine yesterday, but now nearly every page on the website loads and then almost immediately redirects to “Something went wrong”
Edit: After some experimentation, I worked out in my case it’s the extension “Adblock for Youtube™” (7.2.1) that’s causing my redirects. Not sure why it’s operating on sites that aren’t YouTube, but disabling that fixes the problem.
yeah i have just normal adblocker but even without it the pages dont load … its been several days btw idk what are the people doing with the site but this is ridiculous
