are you using a third party application like a media center to watch your series/movies? those typically add to your collection instead of watch history. did you click the link that sonply gave you to check your limits? ---

you’ll likely need to either delete your history or manually move everything from library to your watch history. you can try doing it in your kodi but i don’t know if that will work ---
