"Continue watching" not updating correctly

Short description of the issue

  • An episode I already watched is marked as the next one to watch.

Detailed description with additional context about the workflow

  • I finished watching all episodes of Season 7 of the show “FBI”, but on “Continue Watching” it shows me I still have to watch S7-E22 (season finale), even if just below the same episode is listed in the “History” section. I tried to “unwatch”/“rewatch” the episode, but nothing changes.
    The same thing also happens for a few other shows.

Hi,
Just to be sure this isn’t related to cache issues, if you go to the full view of the “Continue Watching” section, does it update? Is the data the same if you check in one of the apps? How did you mark that episode as watched? Did you use the website directly, one of the apps or a 3rd party application?

I’m currently experiencing the problem with two shows, Stargate Atlantis and Little Mosque on the Prairie, all my other shows update correctly. This has been happening for several days now. I don’t know if related, but this began after I finished seasons on both shows.

Solved: The two shows that would not update were hidden in the Watched Progress. Un-hiding them allowed them to properly update in the V3 Continue Watching page.
