The Continue Watching and Progress pages do not show the time remaining of a show if the current episode is a premiere.
Detailed description with additional context about the workflow
As you can see from the screenshot below, the bottom two shows are currently at E1 of their respective seasons. The top two are a little further along each season. However, the ‘Premiere’ diaplay is preventing the time remaining for the show from being listed altogether. It shoudl ideally be listed below the ‘Premiere’ along with the number of episodes remaining. The time remaining shown above that is just for the episode.
For clarity, I use the time remaining to decide what I’m going to binge watch given the time I have available, so I need to know whether I can binge a season in one session based entirely off this list. Without this, I have to click through and do some mental math to work out the total time remaining, and I shouldn’t need to do this.
I asked a similar question in this other topic, and while it isn’t a solution, and no one from the development team said anything, it might help you just to get the reference time until an official comment is made
Yes. similar issue. But for me it’s not just about the number of episodes remaining, it’s about the total time remaining. Showing both is what I’m looking for. There’s so much inconsistency about V3 coming from V2, you shouldn’t have to go looking for these kind of small details.
Yes. This is a big issue for me as I almost exclusively sort my currently watching progress by time remaining and decide what to watch from that information. Sorting by episodes remaining isn’t entirely helpful.
