Short description of the issue

  • Import and update show wrongly

Detailed description with additional context about the workflow

  • In the new UI the button to add a show and the button to update the show dissaperar. And in the old UI we could see under the update button the last time the data was pushed.
    The show “Vitória” with TMDB id 285711 for example has episodes in season 2, that are from season 1. The TMDB was corrected but it still shows wrong here and so I have more than 70 episodes to see :S
    I wanted to know how to solve this, how to import new shows on the futures and where can we force to update when TMDB is already update.

Hi,
Any new shows created at TMDB that has the correct IDs(that means shows that have at least 1 external ID added there) will import automatically. If they don’t, you can report here in the forums and we will check why.
As for that show you mentioned, the episodes were duplicated because of changes at TMDB. I’ll remove the incorrect episodes and lock the season until tomorrow, so they don’t show up again.
If you see any errors on any pages, you can report here, just say what is the show and what is the issue.
