# I'm not getting Trakt update emails and nothing is "marked watched in Trakt" aymore

#### I haven’t gotten a “Trakt in review” email since July - and nothing works “marked watched in Trakt” in kodi. What is going on and how do I fix these please? Thanks.

I imagine it’s related to being a free user (ie not VIP).

You can check the number of connections in ‘Connected Community Apps’ under Profile-Settings-Apps. Screenshot attached. Mine tells me I have only one connected out of two, but I’ve never been able to get a second connection working.
