Edit: Updating to [Version 3.9 (1061)](https://forums.trakt.tv/t/trakt-for-ios/80418/16) should solve this (still requires you to log back in) * * * Please try log out and back in via Profile \> Settings > [@iOS App Not Loading / Not Working / Can't Log Out Via Profile](https://forums.trakt.tv/t/ios-app-not-populating-with-data/119133/5): > > @007hiho007 If your profile won’t load, please try delete and reinstall the app. I’ll have a look into profile not loading in this case and hopefully have a fix in the next version. ---

#### Hello together, maybe someone can help Since some days im unable to use the trakt app anymore on IOS. I got this infiite load or the “somethwing went wrong” thing… I cant logout or anything as profile is not loading. @007hiho007 If your profile won’t load, please try delete and reinstall the app. I’ll have a look into profile not loading in this case and hopefully have a fix in the next version. ---

this appears to be the mobile app. signing out and back in should fix it, if that doesn’t reinstall the app ---
