Hi,
You can mark several episodes as watched at once. Just go to the last episode of the show you have watched and click on the 3 dots:

Also, if you have any doubts about how to mark items as watched, please check this guide: [How do I mark a Show or a Movie as Watched? - Support / Tutorials - Trakt Forums](https://forums.trakt.tv/t/how-do-i-mark-a-show-or-a-movie-as-watched/107354)
