# Maybe a TV Show is stucked? (part two)

Hello, about [this show](https://app.trakt.tv/shows/police-district-2000?season=4) I tried to report many data refresh (at least two times) but nothing changed.
The episodes to remove are the following:
- From Season 4 to season 10: it needs to remove from episode 14 to 26
- Season 11: it needs to delete from episode 16 to 26
Could you take a look why the report doesn’t work?

I sent a data refresh recently for other two shows and it worked.. what this show has that it doesn’t work ☹

data refresh does not remove episodes or seasons, that will need trakt support to do manually, so it will probably be fixed on Monday when they are back at work.
@Fabio75 did you also make a request to remove them in tmdb first? it needs to be removed in tmdb first before trakt can do anything. @Sonply is also a tmdb mod, so if you make a request to do the same there, he can address both.
be sure to add official site sources to make your request go through faster.

I’ve manually fixed that show in the system, so it should show up correctly in a few hours.
This one wasn’t stuck, the episodes that needed to be removed had too many interactions and we do not remove items like that automatically.
If you notice any more items that need to be removed, that a refresh didn’t fix, please report here.

Another show that does not fix: [this one](https://app.trakt.tv/shows/the-thirteenth-apostle?season=2)
It needs to delete episodes 7 to 12 from both seasons.
Fixes made yet on TMDB
