# Maybe a TV Show is stucked?

Hello, it is at least one week that I requested fixes for this show [here](https://app.trakt.tv/shows/ulisse-the-pleasure-of-discovery?season=1&mode=show).
It concerns both data removal (about episodes of past seasons) and data refresh, especially a new season added (season 26) but still it doesn’t appear and fix anything.
In the past this process was faster. What’s happening?
This is not the only show, I fixes on TMDB many others but still no changes on Trakt.
Then I noted another issue: not all shows are found in the search bar, but actually exists on Trakt, how come?

Not even a reply, not even an action, not even a refresh, some time ago I paid less to be a VIP but at least I had faster replies. Nowadays I pay more but I get nothing.
I can’t send a new request for this show and the others I fixed on TMDB since they are open the old ones yet.

There’s a refresh selection under ‘report’ after clicking the three dots. I just did that. Give it up to 24hrs to see if it updates.

I checked what you said, three dots and under ‘report’ (“Segnala” in italian) but there’s nothing else as you can see in the screenshot

Ahhh ok, I know that yet. But it doesn’t work since I already open a Data Removal rreport.
As far as I understood it’s worth open Data Refresh, since it makes not only a refresh but also a remove right?

It passed two days now but the process didn’t work. Maybe the script you implemented does not work so well.
Now for another show, Happy Valley, for which was added a wrong 7th episode in season 3 that doesn’t has to be there, I report a Data Refresh and not a Data Removal, let’s see if it works in this way.

Happy Valley season 3 episode 7…doesn’t exist.
I’ve also asked for it to be removed/fixed as it appears in my Continue Watching list.

Happy Valley has now disappeared from my Continue Watching list.
But there hasn’t been any communication to say the situation was resolved.

Anyway it seems that ‘Data refresh’ works also for Data Removal.
Yesterday a show that had an episode to remove, well I made a data refresh and today the episode disappeared
If I list you the series for which I reported a data removal, could you help me to solve in some way? Like close the report so I could do request a data refresh?
Because as said before they seem to be stucked.

I’ve fixed those 3 titles you mentioned here. As for the one in the title of this topic, can you please tell me exactly what data needs to be merged or changed so I can also do it?
It seems a refresh isn’t solving it, so I need to take a better look at it.

I found a bug in the auto refresh process that should now be fixed. In some cases, it was sending the report in but not queuing it up for a refresh which is what I think you were seeing on these shows. I will run a process to go through any open reports and make sure they get auto queued.

Remove episodes from 24 to 31 of Season 15
Remove episodes from 22 to 33 of Season 16
Remove S19xE05
Remove S21xE05
Remove S24xE04 and S24xE05
Create a new Season 26

**Coronation Street** has not been able to be refreshed for almost 3 weeks now. I put in a Data Refresh 19 days ago, and it is still not allowing me to do another one. The show is now almost 3 weeks behind in episodes. I know the episodes are on TMDB because I put them there each week. It did update fine before the switch to V3, so I have no idea what could be the issue.

All fixed but for Tonight in… if I go into season details, the 8th episode is gone and it’s ok, but still it says me that I have one episode remaining to watch.
I’m still waiting for Ulisse TV Show fixes, let me know when done. Thanks

Hey,
We found out what was the issue with updating this show and I was able to merge the duplicated episodes and remove any extra data. It has been fixed in the system, but please check if everything is correct in a few hours.

Data refresh should be enough on most cases. If that doesn’t delete the data, please report here so we can take a look.
