I took a look at the TMDB page and that show didn’t have any external IDs added. I’ve added the IMDB ID and the TVDB ID to that page and it should import in up to 24 hours.
We need TV Show pages to have at least 1 of those external IDs for the pages to import automatically here.

Not an issue. You reported properly. Trakt made some changes a while back to alleviate duplicate shows and movies. The requirement is that a TMDB (The movie database) have a page for the movie or show, that the English translation and summary are there, and that the external IDs (at least one) are there. At that point this side can do its thing.
The support here will do some things on TMDB (like add the external IDs and even create the pages) but it’s free to have an account there and to make the changes (following their rules). That helps out a lot. In your case the page was there and needed updates. If there are missing seasons, or episodes though you’ll need to address it.
