new user from TV line. Several new and upcoming shows are missing when you search. How can this be fixed?

I don’t even know that is? I usually use IMDb. Is that the same thing?

TMDB https://www.themoviedb.org/ is different. Trakt uses that, but does require either IMDB or TVDB external IDs (prevent duplicates on trakt). If it’s a foreign title then the English translated title and summary are also needed. Once that’s all there it should be imported in 24hrs.
The other side to TMDB is since it’s open people sometimes create extra episodes, out of order, etc. But mainly someone needs to add the episodes and details. For shows I follow I’ve used TVDB, IMDB, Wikipedia, Network, and Streaming services to get all the details correct. Sometimes it’s just one, others it’s a mix.

You don’t have to post about it now that you understand the process. The import is automatic for the TMDB pages that meet requirements. If something has been updated recently give it up to 24 hours and then search trakt. If you can’t find it at that point then post here. Thanks.

The external links are set on both tvdb and tmdb and it’s been more than 24 hours since the update.
