Detailed description with additional context about the workflow
I used the TV Time GDPR import and it lost a show I was tracking called “The Assembly” (Canadian edition). I searched for it on the website and it only showed other versions of the the show from the UK and so on. Please add the specific Canadian edition. There was 1 season last year and the next season (2) is starting up soon and I would like to keep tracking it. Thank you.

Trakt pulls data from TMDB. Check there and if it is there, make sure it has a IMDb id or tvdb id linked to it in the external id section. Before both criteria is there, then support may need to import it manually if its been added over 24 hrs.
Okay, thanks! So it seems the Search function is lacking. If I search on 1 word: “Assembly”, there are several matches, but this one does NOT appear in the results list, so that’s why I didn’t find it.
Also, the TV Time import from the .zip file didn’t match it either because it didn’t mark Season 1 as watched. My guess is because there are too many titles with the same name and it confused some algorithm. I would investigate the code.
Addendum: Interestingly, the search function did find the Canadian version of The Assembly in the phone app only! The web browser page search does not find it. I would look into that as the results are not consistent and it puts the trust in the app in jeopardy.
