Airing since 1991 under this name - Trakt Web: Track Your Shows & Movies - it suddenly stopped updating. Previously, there used to be a ‘refresh’ button on a series’ page that I could use to trigger an update. How does one go about doing this now with the current version of Trakt?
I think they take their data from TVDB and Trakt is showing the same data -
The refresh was there in v2 that VIP still had access to but if VIP have been migrated, it won’t be there. Also, Trakt has set up auto import/refresh from TMDB as long as it exists, has the external IDs, and english name and summary (if not US based show).
Trakt moved from TVDB to TMDB which is probably why it’s there but no longer updating. The issue here is that this show does not exist (at least from my searches) on TMDB. I don’t know if they can make an exception or if the show will need to be created on TMDB (given the history it would be a pain).
@Sonply is this a case for exception. I checked TVDB and its a lot to have on TMDB and when creating new shows TMDB is requiring IMDB which may not exist as required.
Looks like it has been updated on TVDB and Trakt.
