Plex Sync not finding my server

Short description of the issue

  • After linking my Plex account, it is not seeing my Plex server.

Detailed description with additional context about the workflow

  • On a VIP-enabled Trakt account, I have linked my Plex account but it shows no synced servers. It says to “add your plex server to start syncing…” but gives me no way to add the server.

  • The Plus button in the screenshot below is not clickable.

  • Plex server has port 32400 open and port-forwarded.

I am experiencing the same issue. Trakt successfully connects to my Plex account, but Synced Servers remains empty and the + button does not allow me to add my server.

I am the owner of the Plex server. Plex shows “Trakt 1.0” under Authorized Devices, confirming the authorization completed successfully. Plex Remote Access is working.

We also tested external connectivity using Trakt-supported port 32843 and confirmed Plex was externally reachable, but that made no difference to server discovery. Disconnecting and reconnecting the Plex authorization in Trakt also did not resolve it.

My existing Trakt Plex webhook continues to work normally.

Could Trakt please check whether there is an account-side Plex Sync/server-ID or server-discovery issue?
