A bit delayed from the announcement, but Plex sync is available for free users as of today. You can configure 1 server with a daily refresh for free. If you’re VIP, you can sync multiple servers with an hourly refresh. [https://app.trakt.tv/settings/plex](https://app.trakt.tv/settings/plex) ---

Is there a specific time that the sync is happening for free users? If I use my laptop as Plex Server, does it need to be on/connected to the wifi at the time the sync is supposed to happen? I connected everything around 24h ago and nothing was synced. ---

We assume the plex server is on 24/7 since we can’t guarantee a specific time the sync will occur. ---

The recent changes we made were mostly UI and settings re-organization, not backend changes with the sync itself. That’s why it’s weird it would have all of a sudden changed on its own. ---

I had to change the hardware on my plex-server (copied all the settings) Maybe caused by this? Or maybe baused by change from VIP to Standard user in May? ---
