Hi, Season 8 is still missing after more than 72 hours.
A Data Refresh was also submitted through Trakt around 3–4 days ago.
TMDB already has Season 8 and its episodes correctly listed.
Could support please check if the show is stuck or if there is an import/sync issue? Thanks!

Apparently indexing takes a while so when you search use the TMDB ID (number in TMDB URL).

When you come to the forum, this thread looks like the official way to add missing shows/movies, since the import button disappeared on the site. But is it actually monitored by someone who has the power to do something ? Or is it just wishful thinking ?

TLDR: Yes

Import has been automated from TMDB as long as the External ID for movies has the IMDB ID and for TV it’s either TVDB, IMDB, or both. Once populated it can take up to 24 hours to sync/import.

For searching, the indexing is slower and if it doesn’t show up by the title then you can use the TMDB ID that’s in the TMDB URL to search.

Removal of data (once TMDB is addressed) is manual so you’ll have to report that and support will address it. Updates (new season added on TMDB) should be automatic but have seen delays so if it’s not done in 24-48 hours report it.

At some point free users were blocked from creating new posts so this thread was created by a VIP to allow posting issues. If you run into problems or something doesn’t jive report it here. You’re a VIP so technically you could create a new post/thread.

Was missing the external ID which I just added. Give it 24 hours and use the tmdb id (number in tmdb url) to search (needs to index too).

Well, looks like contacting @support is also completely useless. Not even an acknowledgement, let alone an indication whether there is a bug, whether something is missing or whether there’s another official procedure.
