Detailed description with additional context about the workflow
On May 11th, I watched five episodes of the second season. This is correctly reflected in my history. However, the show is not updating on the dashboard; it still shows “10 remaining.” The correct count should be “5 remaining.” There are no issues with any of my other TV shows. Clearing my history and re-tracking the show did not resolve the issue. The error persists on both the Trakt website and the official app.

I believe the issue here is that you have season 2 in your “hidden” seasons. Are you able to access this link to remove it: https://trakt.tv/settings/hidden/watched/title?

I asked you to try the link because some users can still access it, even with a free account (but for some, it doesn’t work at all). In general, it should work for some sections of the settings, but cookies and cached data might redirect you.
For V3, we are planning to add an automatic way to unhide the seasons if the user watches an episode of it.
It seems I can’t unhiden that season on my end, so the only solution is waiting until the developers do that automatic solution I mentioned.
Unfortunately, it still isn’t working. The dashboard remains unchanged. Deleting and re-tracking the first episode was unsuccessful.
I can open the link, but it takes me to the V3 settings. I have a Free Account. The Hidden Items/Season do not appear there.
