He notado que desde la última actualizacion de la app, no puedo buscar y guardar titulos como favoritos ya que no aparece la estrella para pulsar y añadir.
Como puedo hacerlo?

In this new version you can add shows and movies to your favorites using the heart icon:
Then they will show up in your profile:

Entiendo, pero sucede que no en todas mis búsquedas aparecen las estrellas y el corazón.

Those will only show up after you have watched an episode of the show or the movie.
We did it like that because this way people will only rate what they actually watched, and they can only favorite something after that too.

Yo utilizaba recomendaciones interesantes que buscaba y las guardaba como favoritos para verlas posteriormente.
De ese modo ya no podré darle ese uso.

Oh, you can use the watchlist for that. That is the place users should add what they plan to watch.
Just click on this icon:
The items added to your watchlist will show up in your home, in the “Start Watching” section:
