Update the series - Whitepine

Hello,

On trakt a webseries “Whitepine” have only 6 episodes mentioned.

This made me think, why the outdated show data is still on the website and how to fix that. From older posts ive learned that you use moviedb for data. I decided to fix the issue there. To my suprise, the page for this show shows current data with finished series that ended at 11 episodes.

I believe at least some of these changes were made more than 24 hours ago and I wonder if it is an issue on your side or something else. I really want to update my tracking records asap.

for some reason the show hadn’t updated since april. i triggered a refresh and it says up to 8 hours before it updates. check back and let us know. if that doesn’t work then support may need to look at it

Hi,
The issue here is that the show had the wrong TMDB ID since the one it was using was deleted at TMDB. I’ve corrected the ID and refreshed the page. Should be correct in a few hours.
