How do I upgrade my subscription from monthly to annual? I am in the US.

if you subscribed through the app/appstore you need to cancel and resub through the website to get the annual option
Because I don’t have the app I doubt I subscribed through the app store but I’m thinking I did it through the website. I will try and cancel the monthly, but do I get the rest of the month I paid for if I do that? I just wanted t switch to annual to save some buck$$.
Ps… Now I’m really stuck, I canceled then got a warning which I selected cancel anyway, but now I cant see how to resubscribe. How do I reach the people at Trakt? The website seems to be lacking.
You could try an email to support@trakt.tv
you retain whatever time you’ve paid for so if you resubscribe again you just extend it from the original end date. example, if you have 28 days remaining, cancel, then resub for say the two year plan, you’ll have 2 years and 28 days of VIP but it will always renew at the 2 year mark not at the very end of your VIP time.
