#### Short description of the issue

- `last_updated_at` in “Get Watched” seems to be incorrectly mixing up with `last_watched_at`, especially for TV shows, causing incorrect timestamps after watches or removals. “Last Activities” records the edit time correctly, but “Get Watched” does not.

#### Detailed description with additional context about the workflow

- I’m noticing several bugs with `last_updated_at` in “Get Watched”. It was designed so that if a movie/TV show gets a new watch or a removal, it should update the date to when that change was made, right? Am I understanding this correctly?
