When you’re already VIP the option page is not visible anywhere that I could find. Not is it publicly available. However, if you create a new account, you can see the options and there is a 2 year plan that ends up 48$/year.
Why were we not offered that option ? How can we change to it ?
you need to cancel your subscription to see it. you will remain vip until the end of your subscription period. if you re-subscribe before the end of that period it will extend your subscription and reset the renewal date. for example if you re-subscribe with an expiration date showing december 2026, you would be extended until december 2028 but your renewal would occur again in august 2028
Thanks. It seems weird to hide the details of plans from subscribers. Specially from those who have been paying for years and have been switched forcefully to a more expensive ones without even being told there is another option. Dark pattern.
Could there be an available place to clearly display plans, their content and their prices, and an easier way to switch plan, like it’s available on basically any site ? It kinda feels like something that would be legally mandatory in most parts of the world.
