For several days (around 10) I’ve been experiencing errors when using the [Trakt.tv](http://Trakt.tv) website. The error received is :

# This page isn’t working

**[app.trakt.tv](http://app.trakt.tv)** is currently unable to handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 503

The pages also sometimes seem to be very slow to load. I’ve now seen this both on my home internet connection, and from work, which would likely discount the issue being related to my internet connection.

What browser? Have you tried a different one? Have you cleared cache (cookies included)?

4 different systems - a desktop PC, laptop, iPad and a Windows VM on Proxmox hypervisor. Seen in both Chrome and Edge.

And cache with cookies and data were cleared (delete it all)? Have you tried Firefox (non chromium)?

Clearing cookies & data makes no difference.

I don’t have Firefox, but suspect it’s a Chromium incompatibility with the Trakt website. Safari doesn’t appear to be affected.

Interesting. I’m currently using Edge on iOS with no issues. I did hit a couple of those retry errors marking something as watched but it cleared up. That was 30 minutes ago.

Have you tried a VPN? I usually do that to rule out my network and keep the VPN settings minimal (no blocking).

Assuming you don’t have Ublock or other extensions.

I’m at a loss (not having issues to duplicate). Maybe another user or support would have more insight.

The VM is connected to the Internet over a VPN - very lightweight connection, just used for Geo-unblocking. I tend not to have plugins on my browsers, and none on the iPad for certain.

It is odd, and very recent. I’d initially suspected something on my network, but having seen the same on my work network today, I’ve discounted that.
