Hi , can someone tell me I already get the code from my television so now at trakt website Al ready log in but where is box to key in the code. Or do I have to be vip

You should make sure you are logged into your Trakt account .. and go to trakt.tv/activate
Type your code shown on your TV/Device into that and hit continue (it may ask for confirmation on the next screen, assuming that’s the device you are wanting to connect, hit Ok/Submit whatever and it should then link your TV to your Trakt account.
