Add to collection

Hi, I can’t add new shows or movies to my collection from the app. It tells me “Network error”.

Please include some screenshots or details to help reproduce if it’s happening consistently in some way.

I’m having the exact same problem.

Have you tried logging out then back into the app?

I think the problem is that I have been using Trakt for a LONG time and have well over 100 shows and/or movies. Do you guys have a fairly new policy whereas you can only have 100 shows and/or movies without upgrading to a VIP account?

Yeah we did recently introduce list and collection limits. That’s likely the issue if the rest of the app is working correctly. You can view your specific account limits here.
