Hi,
It seems this issue is happening because your account is locked due to duplicate plays.
We have created a tool to help users remove those duplicates. If you access the website directly, you should be able to clean those duplicates. Just go to your advanced settings:

Look for the option to “Analyze History”:

And remove that data. Once that is done, your account should be unlocked.

After you do that, please check if the error persists.
