Agreed, these popups on the website are annoying and feel super needy, like “please interact with the website”

Does that count for dismissing get reset with each update of the app if running the TestFlight versions?

Hi,
I do know it gets reset when you rate an item, but I’ll confirm with the developer if it also resets with the updates from TestFlight.

The count should not be reset on updating or installing on top. It should only be reset if you deleted the app, as deleting generally clears the stored values.

Yes. The ones on the bottom when you open the app or go to the website.

How many times is enough? I keep dismissing them and they keep popping up. Just make this an option that people can disable.

i think it was after 5 popups it stopped asking but it’s also device/browser dependent

I dismissed it in the app on my phone (never got option on website) and it came back.

Yes, and I understood that after selecting don’t ask it was supposed to stop. It came back for me after that.

it hasn’t come back for me but i did notice it’s per device/browser. can @support look into it?

Hi,
For now, it is per device.
If the user does rate something, the count resets.
If any user has issues with that pop up after dismissing it more than 10 times in the same plataform, please let us know the details of what plataform are you using and we will investigate the issue.

I think I’ll open a request on the feedback platform to just allow disabling the popups permanently on an account-level
