when i try log in for activating a device on my account for apple ID it come up with “invalid_request Invalid web redirect url.” seems to be a broken link. how do i fix?

- only on the activation screen when not logged in on " Sign in or sign up " works fine for google but also cant get an email activation sent to the address when i try either.
