Error: ā€œbio-digital jazz, man. message loginā€ appears. Not working in mobile nor website.

I’ve had the problem for days. And had to log in over and over for weeks. Please fix!!!

What is actually going on here? Any explanation from team? That’s crazy, how it’s being ignored. I see people complain almost everywhere, reddit, discord, here. No one knows how to deal with it. Users can’t login to authorize connected apps, I personally can’t login into iOS app. It’s disrespectful, honestly.

Seems to be working OK now. Was able to login with email and password.

I’m having this also (on iPhone app). Also had it on browser, on main machine but fixed when code was sent through. Figured it was a short-term thing late last night but still not working this morning so Google’d a bit and OMG… so many posts about it. I even cleared Safari cache on iPhone, deleted and re-downloaded the app - still can’t get it to log in.

I’ve tried removing the '/auth’ bit which allows me to enter email/password but still lands on the annoying ā€˜Bio-digital jazz, Man.’ retort.

Doubly annoying, as I only signed up for VIP a few days ago and now can’t use the service… :exploding_head:

I am experiencing this issue as well. On the IOS app, connecting to a third party app and through the web. Please fix asap. Thank you…

Same here. Cannot get in on iOS or TVos at all. What is going on?
