The new website and the apps will take a few more hours to show the data corrretly.
On the old site, mine’s showing 1 extra episode in season 5, “5x06 Black Museum”. Probably just need to be merged with the one in Season 4. Also, for some reason, 4x06 Black Museum has the cover art of 3x06 Hated in the Nation.
On the old site it’s almost correct. There’s just this extra episode on season 5 called black museum (S05E06)
I removed that episode since it had been created today.
This happened after I fixed the show and the page refreshed with part of the old data.

I can see that episode listed as episode 2x04 in your history sections using the old website. Did you two mark the episode as watched again?
The episode was just moved, so no data should have been deleted.
Did you try cleaning your browser’s cache and data?
It’s happening on my Surface as well
