While signing onto trakt on my iPad, on the Infuse app, I got blocked. The error message says to email the site owner, which I am guessing it’s Trak.tv. I am guessing this is cloudflare misidentified my login as an attack.
Sent an email to support@trakt.tv over three weeks ago, but have yet to receive an answer.
What else can I do?
Please help.
Can you send me a screenshot of the error? Not sure where the issue is exactly, this will help me investigate.
I just logged out of Trakt on Infuse on my iPhone and logged in again without an issue.
Cloudfare is blocking me from signing in my main iPad. It’s a device specific issue, doesn’t happen on my iPhone or on my secondary iPad.

If it’s only one iPad and not others on the same network, it might be related to the version of iPadOS on that device or a VPN or something specific to that device.

The error message is in a weird format, so it took 3 screenshots to get it. But the main part is this:
“This website is using a security service to protect itself from online attacks. The action you just performed triggered this security solution. There are several actions that could trigger this block including submitting a certain word or phrase, a SQL command or malformed data.
You can email the site owner to let them know you were blocked. Please include what you were doing when this page came up and the cloudflare Ray ID found at the bottom of this page”
