Beavis and Butt-head’s episode “Sign Here”, a Season 2 episode (and is listed in Trakt in S2 as such), appears on Trakt in S1 as well for some reason even though neither TMDB nor TheTVDB have the episode in their respective Season 1 listings. Made a report about this a few days ago but no response as of yet, so wanted to post here to see if anyone has experienced similar issues with other shows in the past. Would be great if this could be fixed!
Looking at Tmdb, looks like it was removed by a tmdb mod.
If you reported it already, trakt team just needs to remove it.
For now, I suggest you just mark it as watched so it goes away from your up next, but once trakt team remove it, that it should automatically get cleaned up.
Yeah I get this quite often when episodes are removed from Tmdb, unfortunately the trakt data refresh never seems to solve this for me (after being removed from Tmdb), so like you, I tend to raise a report with trakt, and ask them to remove it, which usually happens within 24 hours of reporting.

We don’t auto remove episodes when they are removed at TMDB, we handle it via the reporting system like you mentioned.
