Can’t log in, nothing works in app

In my trakt app (iOS) everything says:

Uh oh… this wasn’t planned. If this keeps happening, please contact Trakt support. Your account has caused the app to request a lot of data in a short period. Please retry in about 10 minut.Tap to Retry

I tried using the web version and it works fine on desktop but on iOS it says Trakt service unreachable Rate limited during token renewal

However it works fine on desktop browser. I just haven’t tried logging out/in out of fear of it bugging out there as well.

Is anyone on Trakt available to provide support?

You should be able to log out and log in without issues; there should be no connection between that and the issue. Has the app started working again after the 10 minutes or does the issue still appear?

Update: logged out and in and now the app is back to working. Thanks for the help!
