My collection currently has about 40 films and 30 TV series

you may want to check again. support was able to see a much higher number in your profile
Where are you looking? Does my library consist of everything I’ve ever watched?
are you using a third party application like a media center to watch your series/movies? those typically add to your collection instead of watch history. did you click the link that sonply gave you to check your limits?

you’ll likely need to either delete your history or manually move everything from library to your watch history. you can try doing it in your kodi but i don’t know if that will work
