is this where I open a ticket to clear my lists?
FYI You can clear your data if you go into Settings → Advanced → Delete Data

You mean your watchlist, favorites and personal lists?
You can do that by clicking in the ‘manage’ option.

To answer your question, no…this is not the place to open a ticket. You can tag @support for help, but the best way to start a “ticket” is to email support@trakt.com with your request.
There is also a Support category here on these forums that you can sift through to see if someone has already asked the same thing and if there is a resolution. There’s also a nice search function you can try to search topics as well.
