FYI You can clear your data if you go into Settings → Advanced → Delete Data

You mean your watchlist, favorites and personal lists?
You can do that by clicking in the ‘manage’ option.

That image I sent was from the old version of our website. We currently don’t have a way to clear all the items in a list at once in the new one.
