Clicking on the Plex Settings Logs Me Out of Trakt and Struggles to Let Me Back In

Short description of the issue

  • Whenever I click on the Plex sub-menu in Settings I get logged out.

Detailed description with additional context about the workflow

  • I want to link Plex to my Trakt so went to do that via the settings. However, when clicking the word Plex to access the specific settings sub menu, I get logged out of Trakt. At that point I cannot log back in as every attempt stalls out and reloads the log in screen. I’ve tried clearing the cache and the best I can get is to log back into the Trakt app, but the same error occurs when trying the Plex settings.

  • I’ve struggled to get back into my Trakt account on desktop entirely since, it’s only on the android app that clearing the cache and reloading at least let me back into the app.

Same here, more or less. It logs me out, but clicking the log in link brings me back in without having to actually log in. Tried in multiple browsers with the same results. Needs to be fixed.

Same, and my already set up Plex sync is no longer working at all.

This issue has been reported to the developers and they are investigating. Thanks for reporting it.

I’m glad to see it’s been noticed. After I posted the above I did find 2 or 3 others with similar issues, but no comment about it actually being looked into.

Still hasn’t been fixed, this just happened to me
