Comment/Review text editor is broken

Short description of the issue

  • Cursor control no longer works during text entry

Detailed description with additional context about the workflow

  • Click to add a comment/review, type characters then tap to move the cursor within already written text

  • Expectation: cursor is visible in previous text and input continues from there

  • Actual: cursor is not visible and input continues from previous location

  • This works as expected on the website but not in the app. I have to full select and delete words to move the cursor at present.
