I connected Netflix, Apple TV, Peacock and other streaming services with my account and it pulled in 100s of shows that I’ve watched and put them all on today’s date instead of the date I actually watched them 
I read on a similar post that services, such as Disney, do not track when you watched something, just that you watched it. So when you connect the service it pulls in with the current date and time. I’m assuming the other services are the same. You could contact your services and ask if there’s a watch history to confirm. You would probably have to track these yourself.
I don’t believe trakt has a csv import (trakt support can confirm) that would at least let you automate this side. I’ve seen other apps (don’t recall names) that integrate with trakt but most are self hosted solutions.
