**So the thing is that Let’s say if I’ve watched a show’s last episode but did not watch an episode in the middle, previously Trakt’s old version would show me that the next episode I’m supposed to watch is the unwatched episode, in the new version once I watch the last episode, the show simply disappears directly, this should not be the case. Due to this many of my remaining shows are simply hidden from my continue watching page.
Issue 2:
Apart from this many shows have wrong remaining episode count as well.
Hi,
Once you have watched the last episode of a show, that show is removed from your “continue watching” section. This is the intended behavior.
If you haven’t watched past episodes and want that show back, you just need to watch one of those episodes you still haven’t marked, and the show will come back to your “continue watching” until you watch all episodes after the one you have marked as watched.
As for the show having the wrong remaining episodes, it might depend on the case. The example you sent “Mahakaali - Anth Hi Aarambh Hai” had a lot of hidden duplicates. I’ve merged them and the data should be correct now. If you have any other examples, just list them, and I can take a look.
Hello Genuinely I feel the V2’s detailed progress bar and Remaining Episodes aspect was much better specifically for Sitcoms, I’d suggest atleast bring that bar back or give it in settings for simplified view or detailed view which was present in V2. Thanks
@Sonply I’m seeing weird behavior and a mismatch but I have not watched other episodes. This seems to be today. It’s happening on both web or iOS app. I have not tested another show (this one had a bunch of cleanup done).
My continue watching is showing a later episode but the status on the show page with season selected shows correctly that I have not watched the episodes. I also watched the continue watching move from E11 to E12 after marking E9 as watched.
Hi,
Please check if it is correct now.
We are now calculating the total number of episodes and order based on airdates, and the airdates for that season didn’t match TMDB. The data should match now, so the next episode should show up correctly.
