Continue watching on iOS order wrong

The iOS app doesn’t appear to be using the settings from the website anymore.

My continue watching was set to order by release date, but when I opened the app today it’s now ordered by watch date.

I’ve tried changing the order on the website setting page, saved, then changed it back to release date, restarted the app but the continue watching is still in the wrong order.

any ideas why? Is this part of the redesign stuff?

Continue Watching sorting is something we are currently looking into (currently add the UX stage: for instance, we don’t want to ask users to go to the settings to change the sorting of a section):

We don’t have an ETA to share.
It will first need to be done on the Web, then it will come back to the iOS/Android app.

Thanks for the update, I think it was a bit jarring that it just changed one day without any explanation. I think an in app pop up or notice of things changing would go a long way to help people not be so shocked by change.
