Custom List Giving a 500 Error

Been having some trouble accessing my custom lists online via the web & syncing the list with other various programs for the last week or so. Keeps giving a 500 error. Heard its only affecting large list, Which mine has around 4000+ items in… Any news on a fix & when they’ll be back up & running. Really hope this list isnt kaput, Because I dont have a backup of it :man_facepalming:

It’s kind of frustrating not getting any news on this. Been this way for almost a week now with no solution!

Thanks for reporting this and sorry for the ongoing trouble!

We performed some database maintenance on October 7, and while most things are now running faster than before, we’re still ironing out a few edge cases, mainly affecting very large Lists and Libraries. I’ve seen someone reporting issues today with a Library with more than 80.000 items :exploding_head:

I want to assure you that, as far as we know, no data has been lost during the process. Some API and web requests error out, but it’s only when reading data like what you are describing.

To help us verify our next fixes with real data, could you please share the links to the affected lists? That’ll help us make sure we fully cover your case before we can really close the topic.

You can also keep an eye on status.trakt.tv, we’ll post an update there as soon as everything is fully back to normal.

Just getting involved, as i am having this issue too. I have raised a support email but heard nothing. I am struggling to open this list

Also, cannot access my collections either

This also means trakt addon in kodi is not working as it cannot sync either.

Just wanted to bump this.

Any update on these issue’s? Would love to know if my custom list is safe or is dead for good.

@STRATEGIZER Which list isn’t working for you? I don’t see any lists in your account, but they could be private.

@adamosborne01 Your collection works with a fix I made yesterday. Your lists load on the main Trakt website, is it only Trakt Lite that is having an issue loading the lists?

Fix is out for both the main website and lite.

Hi Justin, thanks for looking into this.

I can confirm that this is working through the website, also, my ‘Movie List’ now shows on the Android App too. Although, collection does not load on the app.

This is also the same on Trakt addon via kodi, this too will not load.
