Not the poster, I’m talking about the backdrop. Mark it as watched, then check the backdrop in the History section of your Home tab.
After marking it as watched, you’ll be able to see the backdrop in the History section of the Home page (https://app.trakt.tv/home).
Ah, in the history side of things. Mine is standard so I can only assume it’s a VIP feature. That should help support look.
i’m still not sure what i’m looking for here. is it the episode poster or the washed out website background behind everything?
Why are you guys talking about episodes when I specifically asked you to refresh a movie?
When you mark a movie as watched, it also appears in the History section on the home page (https://app.trakt.tv/home). The image used to represent the movie there is not the poster, but the backdrop (TMDB’s term) or background cover.
I don’t know whether you guys edit content on TMDB or not, but if you do, you should know which image is meant to be used where when Trakt pulls the data from TMDB.
Finally the details come out. That’s what we’ve been trying to figure out this whole time. Nothing you said until this point made it clear as to what you’re referring to. We’re users trying to help other users.
Support will have to address your concerns.

I believe there is at least one TMDb mod that is also a Trakt mod as well.
