Date/Time format and Week start day options

Short description of the issue

  • Could you please add back the Date/Time format and Week start day options in V3 settings? Or at least keep what was set in V2, independently by the language setting?

Detailed description with additional context about the workflow

  • I’d prefer using the 24h time format and weeks staring on Monday, even if my interface language is set in English. Unfortunately, these options (among many others) are not available anymore in V3 settings page.
