I’ve fixed TMDB based on your first source. Please, always keep in mind tht IMDB is not an official source. In these cases, it is better to link to the official website, like the first link you sent.
Since we need to wait a few hours for the updates to be at TMDB’s API, I’ll remove the episode later today at Trakt.

I have a few similar issues with other TV shows as well. For example, one series has an incorrect episode count, and another is split into three seasons on its official streaming platform but is listed as a single season on TMDB.
Should I continue reporting these issues in this same topic, or would you prefer that I create a separate topic for each show?

It depends on the case.
If the show is split into 3 seasons, but the episode numbering is continuous, then TMDB’s listing in 1 season is correct according to their rules and I can’t change it there.
In general, it depends on how the items originally aired in the original country, not how they are listed on streaming services.
Episode 18 is still there and should be removed.
