Hi there. I seem to be having continuous issues with Disney+ Streaming Scrobbler. Now on Trakt’s website it does seem to be syncing, but no watched content is being synced.
Out of my syncing services, Disney+ seems to be the only one never marking things as synced, whereas the others are marking things as watched consistently.
Doesn’t really work that way. It actually more so frustrates the support staff, which is why they continuously Merge threads. It’s best to find a thread with the same subject/issue that’s not closed/solved and kick it to the top.
Just trying to make your experience here better, and likely get your issue(s) resolved faster. Think about it this way, if the other threads don’t have solutions, what makes you think yours will?
Watched several items on both Flatnix and Disnay+ the last weeks but nothing got synced.
I tend to think this feature will never work correctly and will be abandoned soon because it creates more work instead of being helpful.
Can you both send an email to support (support@trakt.tv) with your trakt username and email address, your location, as well as a few of the items that you’ve watched that haven’t synced (and the service they were watched on)? Please also take note of the current limitations listed on the scrobblers settings page, as that may be why things aren’t working for you.
I have an open case still open where I already wrote this, but there’s no response since 6 weeks from you… and I don’t feel like opening multiple tickets for the same case.
