Hi there. I seem to be having continuous issues with Disney+ Streaming Scrobbler. Now on Trakt’s website it does seem to be syncing, but no watched content is being synced.
Out of my syncing services, Disney+ seems to be the only one never marking things as synced, whereas the others are marking things as watched consistently.
I have tried the manual sync button on the site too; no results after waiting
Yeah searched initially before posting. No solution from any of those, so I felt like posting might provide a bit more attention to this issue
Can you both send an email to support (support@trakt.tv) with your trakt username and email address, your location, as well as a few of the items that you’ve watched that haven’t synced (and the service they were watched on)? Please also take note of the current limitations listed on the scrobblers settings page, as that may be why things aren’t working for you.
