Emby plugin cannot set watched status on Trakt for a specific show

Hi Everyone,

I ran the Emby trakt plugin task that exports watched status to Trakt. In the log I am getting errors where Trakt cannot find some episodes of Real Time with Bill Maher in seasons 21 and 22:

etc.

These episodes do exist on theTVDB but it seems like Trakt does not have those theTVDB ids. When I look at the episodes on Trakt like here:

I cannot tell if theTVDB id is known and the IMDB id is missing.

So if I understand the problem correctly, could the theTVDB ids be set on Trakt for this series?

Trakt is not for Emby/third part support butā€¦

you can check the episodes on TMDb, and thereā€™s no TVDb id and no IMDb id.

I have no idea what Emby needs, but feel free to create an account at TMDb and add missing information.

although i donā€™t think ids on episode level are needed per se, I think season level should be enough but yeah, also not there.

Thanks for the reply. So does Trakt get the TVDb id and IMDb id information from TMDB and not directly from TVDb/IMDb?

Yes, TMDb is the data source! TVDb isnā€™t used for anything, just for showing links in the sidebar.

Like the user above said, the TVDB IDā€™s needed to be added on TMDB.
Iā€™ve added them and in a few hours Traktā€™s page should get them after a refresh.

Refresh was completed and the Emby plugin was able to set watched status for those episodes.

@Sonply Did you need to add TVDB IDā€™s for every episode one by one on TMDB? I have the same issue with a season of another show.

I usually add it on everything, just to be sure, but I do not use Emby, so I canā€™t test it.
